Kollin Lane Goodall, 17, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on February 7, 2011, at his home. He courageously fought an almost three year battle with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (A.L.L.)
He was a life long resident of St. Augustine, FL, born August 13, 1993 to Kendell Wayne Goodall and Karen Lynn Nester Goodall. The oldest of 6 kids, Kollin was a 12th grade home-schooled student dual enrolled with the St. Johns River Community College where he received an Honorary Associate in Arts Degree. As a Weblos 2, Kollin did his Cross over from Pack 347 to Troop 243 after receiving the highest honor as a cub scout, being the Arrow of Life. While attending MCBCA, he was on the basketball and football teams both of which he thoroughly enjoyed. He was an avid Geo Cacher and iPhone Apps/text pro. He was an active member in his church youth group and enjoyed youth activities, teen and summer camps and spending time with his friends.
He also had a keen sense of humor and loved practical jokes, especially where his teachers were concerned.

melissa modlin(mendez)I am deeply sorry for the loss your family is going through may God give you the strength and courage you need during this time.
Glenn LightseyKaren, Vivian and I share your loss, compassion and your victory in Christ.
We watched Kollin grow into a young man from a child. Kenny and you were and you are great Christian parents, something that America has lost in our parents today.
Kollin and your entire family has been a blessing to so many folks, just by keeping the faith and knowing that Our Lord Jesus Christ is in control. Vivian and I could not have endured our situation without first knowing our Savior.
Even though we have suffered loss, you have been an inspiration to us.
I am so thankful just knowing that Kollin received Christ as his Lord at an early age and that He attended Mill Creek Baptist Church where He grew even closer to the Lord.
Our prayers go out to your entire family.
Remember Psalms 18;1&2 I will love thee, O Lord, my Strenth. The Lord is my Rock.....
We will miss Kollin, but we rest in the fact knowing that we will see him again.
Karen , Vivian and I love you and your family very much and please don't hesitate to call us for any assistance.
Love in Christ, Brother Glenn Lightsey

Bob & Sara WeaverKollin fought a good fight and he won. The Lord needed another angle in Heaven more than we needed him here. We are praying for all of the family. Love & prayers, Bob & Sara Weaver
I've only had the pleasure of meeting Kollin a couple of times in the past year. He was full of life each time and an amazing young man. He gets that from amazing parents. We find comfort and strength in knowing that he is with the Lord and we also get strength in the strength Kollin, you, your family and close friends have shown through all of this. You are all truly amazing people and I am so happy to be a part of your lives. God Bless and I am so sorry for your loss.
