To the family of DJ. I truly loved DJ. We had many memories in the HJ Warehouse when trying to retrieve covers. He was the greatest guy with a great big smile and always very helpfu! He will truly be missed by many. May God give the family and friends of DJ peace.

I'd like to offer my condolences on the passing of one of the nicest people I've ever met. Don always had a nice word to say about everyone. His life was a struggle but you would never know it by talking to him. He worked hard and made the most of his leisure time. He was our adopted family member. If there was a family function....he was there. Thats the way it was.....Don was one of those people that you'd WANT in your family. Never one to "stir the pot". Although sometimes he grew tired of our family's sense of humor. He was serious but cordial....loved conversation. On his last day I told him "no nonsense talk" today. He smiled. He left a lasting impression and will be missed more than I can say. I love you Don.

I met DJ 12 years ago when I started working at Herff Jones. I liked him instantly & enjoyed working with him for many years. We knew his struggles, however he never complained. He was a great guy, with a quick smile & a fun person to be around. God Bless you DJ, you will be missed. Farewell MTH.

I graduated from H.S. with D.J. and also worked many years with him at Herff Jones. I never saw D.J. without a smile on his face. He was the most kind and gentle person, always said good things about everyone. I will miss you D.J. but will cherish the wonderful memories we had. You were a true friend!

Introduced by Jackie Bishop in High School, working together at the factory and sharing lunch breaks, road trips, seeing bands, and countless other good memories of my friend Deej. I just spoke to him in May. He has a drawing of mine and I was always pleased to hear how much he liked it.

To the family of Don Christy, I met Don last week in the hospital and found and instant connection to him. He seemed like a lovely man full of love for others, love for life, and a beautiful sense of honor and duty to others. I feel he also had a great sense of humor which I was blessed to see just a glimmer of. My most sincere condonlences to all of you for the loss of this wonderful man. I will continue to pray for peace for Don and peace in your grieving in the months and years to come. Susan Marcoz Chaplain Intern Gettysburg Hospital
