Jorge Anthony Davis
May 18, 1990 - August 9, 2013
Jorge Anthony Davis, 23, of Kansas City, Missouri, went on to spread his wings on August 9, 2013. Affectionately known as “Boss”, Jorge was born May 18, 1990 to George Davis and Inetta Walker, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Walker. Jorge was a graduate of Center High School and later enlisted in the United States Army, where he served as a Water Purification Specialist. He was also a member of the 299th Brigade Support Battalion where he fought in Iraq for his country. Jorge furthered his education enrolling in Vatterott College where, he was seeking his Electrician Certification. Jorge loved to shop and stay up on the latest and greatest of fashion. He enjoyed watching Sports Center on ESPN, playing video games and spending time with his family and friends. His life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understand that the quality of existence far exceeded the quantity of time in which he lived. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Marceena “Punkin” Davis of Kansas City, MO; loving mother, Inetta Walker (Dawn Groves) of Kansas City, MO; father, George Davis of Kansas City, KS; brothers, Demetrius D. Davis, Sr. of Cleveland, OH, DelMeko Brown of Kansas City, MO and Willie B. “Putta” Davis of Kansas City, KS; sister, RaShawnda Walker of Raymore, MO; maternal grandmothers, Alice Walker of Kansas City, KS and Lorelia “Dan Dan” Ferguson of Kansas City, MO; aunts, Dorothy DeClue, Brenda Dooley (Cornell), Toya Brown, LaNita Brown all of Kansas City, MO, Frenchye Hooks (Victor) of Kansas City, KS and Pasty Barnes of Lee's Summit, MO; uncles, Versell Walker, Clarence Brown (Lois), Antonio Brown, DeMarco Brown all of Kansas City, MO and Lorn Brown, Jr. (Bebe) of Raytown, MO; niece, Kayla Davis; nephews, Quentin Davis and Demetrius D. Praying God grants you the comfort in your time of need.Psalm 91:2

He will be missed, I served with him in Iraq, and went on some of the missions together. We always fought about something silly, as we all called him lil Davis. May his soul rest in peace..
