Janie Ellen Goodson, age 63, passed away on March 12, 2014 in the Johnston Memorial Hospital.
Janie was preceded in death by her parents Edward Eugene and Bertha Holmes DeBord, sister Shirley Gross, brother in law Jerry Gross, sister in law Teresa Goodson Austin
She is survived by her husband Larry Dean Goodson
Sister Vickie Hughes and husband James Jr. of Flagler Beach, Fl
Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and friends
Funeral services for Janie E. Goodson will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Saturday March 15, 2014 in the D.R. Henderson Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Pickle officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. prior to the service.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, March 16, 2014 in the Mount Rose Cemetery with Rev. Wallace Amos officiating. Pallbearers will be: Mark Gross, James Hughes III, David Hughes, Mack Holmes, Mack Arthur Holmes, Randy Harris and George Holmes. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Damascus Senior Citizens.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the D.R. Henderson Funeral Home, P.O. Drawer M. Saltville, Va. 24370
