Ronald R. Blevins
August 6, 1934 - March 9, 2013
Ronald R. Blevins, age 78, of Pemberville, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born on August 6, 1934 in Greenup County, KY to Famous and Clara (Fraley) Blevins. On March 31, 1962 he married Sharon Hess in Samaria, MI and she survives. Ron was employed at Woodhaven Stamping Plant in Michigan and then for Maumee Stamping Plant, Maumee, OH as a Millwright for 29 years. He enjoyed taking care of his family and spending time with his grandchildren.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of 50 years: Sharon, children: William "Buddy" Blevins, Cheryl (Nissen) Black, Julie (Ed) Broderick all of AZ, Robert (Tracy) Blevins of Pemberville, Peggy (Louie) Pacheco of Bowling Green, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Ralph, William, Charles and Donald Blevins, sisters: Opal Bowling and Maxine Munson.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, March 11, 2013 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, Ohio where funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 11 AM. Officiating will be Rev. James Budke. Interment will be in Fish Cemetery, Pemberville. Consideration for memorial contributions are: to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
