He was born July 5, 1950 in Princeton, Indiana the son of Edgar and Marie (Williams) Kruse. Jim is a graduate of Francisco High School class of 1968 and served in the National Guard. On March 31, 1972 he married Judith Ann Marvel to which they were blessed with two sons, Eric and Brian. He was operations manager for Wabash Valley Grain and a farmer. He was also a member of the St. Paul’s UCC. Survivors include his wife, Judy; sons, Eric (Laura) and Brian Kruse; sisters, Linda Johnson, Betty Bailey, Sharon Corn and Rose Ann Pearson. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 20, 2013 at the St. Paul’s UCC in Fort Branch with Pastor John Heumann officiating. She was a member and served as a Sunday school teacher and clerk at the Mt. Tabor Church for many years. One of life’s greatest pleasures to her was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She dearly loved being surrounded by her family.
